1. Extract all strings from UI into RC files, so we don’t have to touch the core functionality.

2. Support country-specific conventions and formats (time, date, currency, measuring systems etc.)

3. Ensure that string buffers are long enough for text expansion

4. Support for DBCS or MBCS or use UNICODE

5. Select proper Page code for language and locale
